Being the first in her family to go to college, Tiffany graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor’s degree in May of 2019, Cum Laude. She most recently earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Supply Chain in May of 2020, at the young age of 21. She was awarded a fellowship and assistantship which helped fund her program, and through that, she worked as a graduate assistant director for the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs.
Her work as a graduate assistant included a diversity initiative project, where she was tasked to increase exposure and enrollment of minority students into the college of business’ graduate programs. This project allowed her to correspond with various departments on campus, as well as the neighboring university to increase awareness and accessibility to resources for minority students to apply to the graduate degree programs at FSU’s college of business.
Tiffany was recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 scholar in 2019. Seven months ago, Tiffany began her career in the global supply chain as a Subcontract Administrator at Lockheed Martin, the largest defense contractor, and one of the top aerospace & defense companies in the world. Amidst the current pandemic, Tiffany has recently become a backup caregiver, which allows her to support foster youth.
