Elizabeth has worked very closely with Feeding America and Food4Kids to package and deliver over 50,000 meals to kids in Northeast Florida and their families who are struggling to put food on the table. While working with her platform, Hope4Kids, Elizabeth graduated high school a year early, at the age of 17, and is currently a freshman at the University of Florida. Elizabeth has also been doing her speaking tour "Is That Water Clean?" at elementary schools across the state since she was 14 years old. The tour aims to teach kids the dangers of unsafe drinking water and how they can help those in their communities who don't always have access to safe and clean water. She hopes to cut the number of food-insecure families in Northeast Florida in half by the end of next year. Elizabeth is also involved in the program Operation Christmas Child, a program meant to deliver the joy of the holidays to kids across the globe who are living in developing countries or countries that have just experienced a natural disaster. As of 2020, she has personally packaged 153 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child and she has helped others package over 50 shoeboxes within the past year. Elizabeth has a passion to help not only kids in her backyard but kids on the other side of the globe as well.
